This deposit contains the data and R code supporting the paper "Seasonal patterns of coastal waterbird habitat use differ between floating and submerged oyster farms" (Müller et al. 2026, Ornithological Applications). It includes analysis-ready grid-cell survey data for 32 waterbird species from coastal Rhode Island, along with R scripts that fit zero-inflated generalized linear mixed models relating species counts to aquaculture gear type (floating vs. submerged) and to aquaculture-related disturbance. Together these files reproduce the analyses reported in the article.
