None of these strains had Akaline phosphatase, Leucine arylamidase, Chymotrypsin, N-acetylglucosaminidase, lysine decarboxylase, Acid phosphatase, β-glucuronidase, Ornithine decarboxylase, Lipid esterase(C8), Cystine arylamidase, α-glucosidase, β-fucosidase, Tryptophan deaminase, Lipid enzyme(C14), Trypsase, β-D-glucosidase. All strains had β-galactosidase, Esterase (C4), Valine arylamidase, α-mannosidase, Naphthol-as-bi-phosphate hydrolase, α-galactosidase. All strains were negative by Bile esculin test, H2S production, Indole test, VP test.
