EWAS summary statistics and DMR results: epigenome-wide association study of plasma homocysteine in a Korean cohort (KoGES/KARE)

This dataset contains EWAS summary statistics from an epigenome-wide association study of fasting plasma homocysteine in 1,510 Korean adults from the KoGES/KARE cohort (Illumina MethylationEPIC 850K array). The file EWAS_summary_statistics_v5.csv includes probe-level association results for all 845,023 CpG sites (beta coefficients, t-statistics, p-values, Benjamini-Hochberg FDR, chromosomal positions, and gene annotations). Raw IDAT files are governed by KNIH data policies and are available to qualified researchers via https://www.koreabiobank.re.kr. These summary statistics contain no individual-level data.
