EPIC Metagenomic Assemblies + MAGs

Data pertaining to metagenomic assembly and binning for the study "Large-scale investigation for antimicrobial activity reveals novel defensive species across the healthy skin microbiome " by Nguyen, Salamzade, Sandstrom et al. 2026. EPIC_MAGs.tar.gz = Contains MAGs produced by metaSPAdes + MetaWRAP in FASTA format. EPIC_MetaSPAdes_Assemblies.tar.gz = Contains raw metagenomic assemblies in FASTA format from running metaSPAdes. dRep_EPIC_MAGs_sa95_FastANI.tar.gz = dRep results for performing dereplication on MAGs. dRep was run with the secondary ANI threshold set to 0.95 and FastANI selected as the secondary (more accurate) ANI estimator.
