Data for the article entitled: Exercise-induced changes in lower limbs skin temperature against plasma ATP among individuals with various type and level of physical activity

Files include the raw data presented in the manuscript entitled: "Exercise-induced changes in lower limbs skin temperature against plasma ATP among individuals with various type and level of physical activity".The dataset includes measurement data from a graded exercise test until exhaustion obtained from 18 highly trained male athletes and 9 amateur male runners. Before, during, and after the test, venous blood samples were taken and plasma ATP concentrations assayed as affected by exercise intensity and the recovery phase (HPLC). The thermographic imaging method was used to assess the thermal reactions to exercise and recovery (FLIR SC640, 640 x 480 pixels). A series of secondary variables were also determined for description and data interpretation. Data collection was performed at the end of the transition phase in order to gain a long-term view into physical adaptation.This research is part of project founded by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education from financial resources of the National Science Centre Poland within the OPUS 5 program [application and grant number: 2013/09/B/NZ7/02556].
