Integrative Traumatherapie – ein leibtherapeutischer Ansatz nicht-exponierender Therapie

Theoretische Begründung und praktisches Vorgehen Integrativer Traumatherapie in ihrer spezifischen Methodik der Integrativen und Differentiellen Relaxation-Traumaformat (IDR-T) werden kompakt vorgestellt. Dabei wird besonderer Wert auf die soziokulturelle Einbettung gelegt.Die Hyperstressreaktion mit ihrer traumaspezifischen Streßphysiologie wird im Rahmen eines Modells der Arbeit in „prekären Lebenslagen“ mit Rückgriff auf neurophysiologische Modelle der Beruhigung (quenching effect) und auf spezielle Methoden der Relaxation und – falls indiziert – moderaten Expositionen in der umfassenden Behandlungskonzeption des Integrativen Ansatzes therapeutisch angegangen. Theoretical rational and practical procedure of Integrative Trauma Therapy is presented concisely with its specific methodology of Integrative and Differential Relaxation-Traumaformat (IDR-T). Special emphasis is given to the sociocultural context. The hyperstress reaction with its traumaspecific physiology is treated within the framework of a model how to work in „precarious life situations“.
