VPRS 19100 Quality Committee Records

This series comprises the minutes of various quality and improvement committees associated with the Royal Melbourne Hospital (VA 1048). The role of these committees was to undertake quality assurance activities in both clinical and non-clinical service areas. Also included in this series are the minutes of the Patient Care Quality Committee. This committee reviewed and monitored quality activities in relation to patient care. This included receiving reports from other committees such as the Discharge Planning Committee, Pharmaceutical Advisory Committee, and Hospital Infection Committee. The years 1995 and 1997 also include Quality Assurance Plans.
