study on the mechanism of muscle loss in Hematological Malignancies

Hematopoietic diseases and related treatments can lead to muscle atrophy in varying degrees, severe muscle loss and even life-threatening. Therefore, it is urgent to find the related factors leading to muscle atrophy. Previous data in this group indicate that intestinal microorganisms may be involved in the regulation of muscle metabolism. Exploring the relationship between muscle metabolism and intestinal microorganisms is helpful to develop special diets and improve muscular dysfunction.
