AnimeTAB is a fingerstyle guitar tablature dataset focused on anime and video game music, in the MusicXML format. It includes 412 complete tracks and 547 segments, the latter of which are annotated with musical structure information. The dataset is collected from open-source sheet music available on the Internet, and is primarily written and shared by guitarists from the anime enthusiast community. This dataset aims to provide high-quality guitar tablature for music information retrieval tasks such as music generation, song classification and recommendation, and automatic accompaniment, while also meeting the daily practice needs of anime-oriented fingerstyle guitarists.
