This is the methodology, evidence, and programme-state sidecar for the AI-run mathematical translation project. It preserves source-body baselines, terminology and automaton work, manager handoffs, reproducible audit tools, and bounded translation experiments while the full readers remain on their author or series records. Open first: 00_Interlanguage_Methodology_Current_v12_20260718.pdf. It maps the actual public Noether, SGA, and Interlanguage payloads and classifies the eight current language-manager lanes by what they genuinely contain. New in v0.12: 16_Interlanguage_Language_Manager_Fleet_Snapshot_v12_20260718.zip freezes the stable control ledgers for English/Germanic, Romance, Slavic/Interslavic, CJK, Arabic/Persianate/RTL, Turkic, Africa/Horn/West, and Malay/SEA/Pacific. It also preserves small genuine working outputs: Somali and Oromo OpenStax microtranches; Arabic and Iranian-Persian Noether Paper 6 opening units; Indonesian Noether Paper 36; and Kyrgyz, Uyghur, and Uzbek Hefferon review drafts. Each retains TeX, available PDFs, source notes, terminology records, build evidence, and explicit review boundaries. Public readers: the current Noether record is 10.5281/zenodo.21426158. The current SGA record is 10.5281/zenodo.21425498; it includes the corrected 381-page SGA 6 English layered working reader and the source-reconciled Spanish SGA 5 working translation through complete Expose X. Large source corpora and full readers already present there or in earlier numbered Interlanguage packages are referenced rather than duplicated. Classification: this is a reproducible manager and evidence snapshot. A compiled microtranche is not a complete language edition; a successful build is not native review; and a source-reconciled working reader is not a critical edition. Moving SGA 5 Spanish and SGA 6 French workpasses are not silently represented as frozen releases.
