The present are related with the field of the genetic engineering. In particular, the present are related with one method for editing database in plants. More specifically, the present are related with one method for editing of databases to G to highly effective for one target sequence in the genome of one plant (by example, one plant of culture) through to of one of fusion protein CRISPR-adenine deaminase directed by SAID guide, and the plant and progeny thereof produced by the method. Claim 1: One for editing database system of one target sequence in the genome of one plant, which comprising by the less one of the following points (i) one of fusion protein for the editing of bases, and one guide RNA; ii) construction of an expression which comprising one of nucleotide sequence which encodes one of fusion protein for the editing of bases, and one guide RNA; iii) one of fusion protein for the editing of databases and construction of an expression which comprising one of nucleotide sequence which encodes one guide RNA; iv) construction of an expression which comprising one of nucleotide sequence which encodes one of fusion protein for the editing of databases, And construction of an expression which comprising one of nucleotide sequence which encodes one guide RNA; v) construction of an expression which comprising one of nucleotide sequence which encodes one of fusion protein for the editing of bases and one of nucleotide sequence which encodes one guide RNA; where in the of fusion protein for the editing of databases comprising an effector protein CRISPR of nuclease of deactivated and one adenine deaminase dependent of DNA, RNA the guide is capable of directing protein of the fusion for the editing of databases to one target sequence in the genome of one plant, by which the protein of fusion for the edition of database results in the replacement of one or more to by G in the target sequence.
