To explore the gene regulatory mechanisms underlying PLXND1 knockdown in neuroendocrine prostate cancer cells. We performed RNA sequencing analyses using PLXND1-knockdown C4-2B-MDVR and H660 cells to identify the gene programs affected by the PLXND1. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for C4-2B MDVR and H660 cells (control siRNA, si PLXND1 #1, siPLXND1 #2).
