Protein List Curated from Public Proteomics Studies on Parkinson's Disease

This spreadsheet contains a manually curated list of differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) compiled from publicly available proteomics datasets related to Parkinson’s Disease (PD). These protein lists were used for downstream enrichment, pathway, and comparison analyses presented in Elif Sakiz’s doctoral thesis. Each entry includes the study source, protein symbol, full protein name, the expression difference between Parkinson’s Disease (PD) patients and Healthy Controls (HC), and the associated p-value indicating statistical significance.
