Bulk data associated with soystressdb

This data set contains a comprehensive set of stress-responsive genes in soybean, inferred from differential expression analyses using a large compendium of experiments obtained from the Soybean Expression Atlas v2. Data can be accessed in a user-friendly way from soystressdb.

Files included here are:
*_DE_stats.tsv.gz: gene-wise differential expression (DE) statistics produced by the R package DESeq2.*_DTU_stats.tsv.gz: differential transcript usage (DTU) statistics produced by the R package satuRn.*_genewise_stress_frequency: absolute frequency of stresses in which each gene is DE.*_DE_percent_across_stresses.tsv.gz: for each stress, percentage of contrasts in which each gene is DE.*_SE.rds: binary RDS file with a SummarizedExperiment object containing a count matrix and associated metadata for all stress-related experiments in the Soybean Expression Atlas v2.
