CAFs are the major regulators in tumor microenviroment which promote cancer progression. We want to know which mRNAs changed in human CAFs compared to NFs. We used microarrays to detail the mature mRNA expression and identified distinct classes of 2-fold changed mRNAs during this process. NFs and CAFs were isolated from human bladder cancer tissues. And cells were used for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
