RNAseq data of SUM159 and SW620 ALDHbr and ALDHneg cells treated with Nifuroxazide Vs control condition (DMSO)

In order to understand the biological processes occurring in breast (SUM159) and colon (SW620) cancer stem cells (ALDHpos) and non-cancer stem cells (ALDHneg) when exposed to Nifuroxazide compare to control condition, we performed a comparative transcriptomic study on:

NIF_ALDpos (breast CSC exposed 30h to Nifuroxazide),

NIF_ALDneg (non-breast CSC exposed 30h to Nifuroxazide)

CTRLpos (breast CSC exposed 30h to DMSO)

CTRLneg (non-breast CSC exposed to DMSO)

AldhposNIF (colon CSC exposed 30h to Nifuroxazide),

AldhnegNIF (non-colon CSC exposed 30h to Nifuroxazide)

Aldhpos (colon CSC exposed 30h to DMSO)

Aldhneg (noncolon CSC exposed to DMSO)

We preformed bulk RNA-sequencing on triplicates for each condition.
