RNA-seq time series of Arabis alpina pep1-1 apices grown under LD conditions

In order to study Arabis alpina flowering induction in a PEP1 independent manner, RNA-seq experiments were performed on apices of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 week old plants grown under LD conditions. Total RNA was extracted from apices using the RNeasy Plant Mini Kit (Qiagen) and treated with DNA-free DNase (Ambion). PolyA RNA was isolated from 1 ug of total RNA using NEBNext Poly(A) mRNA Magnetic Isolation Module (New England Biolabs, Frankfurt am Main, Germany) and used for library construction with NEBNext Ultra Directional RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (New England Biolabs).
