<b>Project Description:</b>· Animal Model: ICI-associated myocarditis· Animal Age: 8-12 Weeks· Animal Strain: A/J mouse· Number:o ICI-1: 5 controls, 5 aPD-1+aCTLA-4, 5 IL-12, 5 aPD-1+aCTLA-4+IL-12, 5 aPD-1, 5 CTLA-4, 5 aPD-1+IL-12, and 5 aCTLA-4+IL-12· Experimental Conditions: Mice were i.p. injected with anti-PD-1 antibody (150 µg/mouse, BioXCell, clone RMP1-14).
