Discovery of Extensive Pockmark Fields in Southern Puget Sound

This archive contains the primary data files and Python code scripts supporting the above manuscript submitted to Geochemistry, Geophysics, Geosystems (G-Cubed), American Geophysical Union. Data files include: pockmark geographic locations and morphometric measurements for 167 pockmarks in Budd, Eld, Case, and Carr Inlets of southern Puget Sound; acoustic plume and bubble stream locations from R/V Carson cruise RC0143 (September 2025); earthquake epicenter data from the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network (1994-2024); and water column methane concentrations from both continuous flow-through and discrete gas chromatography measurements. Python scripts are included for all manuscript figures, including bathymetric portrait maps, pockmark morphometry charts, regional fault/earthquake/pockmark maps, CTD water column profiles, and surface methane ribbon plots. Scripts were developed in the Anaconda/Spyder environment (Python 3). Sediment incubation methane data are available from the corresponding author upon request.
