Dataset for Liming removes the dominant abiotic constraint and enables sequential restoration of soil functioning in an acidic Cu-contaminated mine soil
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the experimental data supporting the manuscript “Liming removes the dominant abiotic constraint and enables sequential restoration of soil functioning in an acidic Cu-contaminated mine soil”. The dataset comprises soil physicochemical properties, extracellular enzyme activities, microbial abundance and functional gene markers quantified by qPCR, and plant biomass measurements from a greenhouse experiment evaluating the effects of liming, biochar, and indigenous plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on the restoration of an acidic Cu-contaminated mine soil. The experiment comprised 48 experimental units corresponding to a factorial combination of four soil amendment treatments and three inoculation treatments, with four replicates per treatment combination. Variables, units, abbreviations, data transformations, and missing-value conventions are described in the accompanying README/Data Dictionary.
