Hospital Structure, Stress and Conduct Regarding Patients in the Hospital (Personnel Survey)

The job situation, the relationship of personnel to patients and to
colleagues from the view of hospital employees.

Topics: sanctioning and personal communication of personnel among one
other; innovative communication, work-related and patient-related
communication; idealization of care of the sick; influence on one´s own
work; judgement on stress burden at work; work satisfaction;
relationship with patients; cooperation difficulties and judgement on
cooperation on the wards; relationship with superiors; frustrating
situations and trouble in the hospital; assumptions about the
satisfaction of patients on the ward; authoritarianism; contacts after
work; attitude to leisure time.

Scales formed ad hoc were primarily used in the survey.

Demography: age (classified); sex; marital status; religious denomination;
school education; occupational training.
