Expression data of knock down LOC441461 in MKN74 cell lines

Stable knockdown of LOC441461 was achieved in MKN-74 Gastric Cancer cells. LOC441461 expression of which was negatively correlated with malignancy as assessed by TNM staging. Knockdown was achieved using siRNA targeting LOC441461. Gene expression was compared between knockdown and scrambled siRNA treated control cells. Overall design: Two distinct cell lines were used in this study (all MKN-74 cells); (i) transfected with scrambled negative control siRNA (N.C) or (ii) si-LOC441461. After 24 h incubation, total RNA was extracted from cells and used for RNA sequencing analysis.
