This project provides the algae metagenome assembly of Penicillus capitatus, common name green algae. It contains the full unbinned assembly of Penicillus capitatus and associated organisms plus the MAGs and bins derived from this assembly. The assembly is provided by the Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics Project (https: //www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/).
