The raw data from the Chengbei Observation Platform (38°14′N, 118°58′E) were processed using the Eddy Covariance method to obtain an hourly resolution observational dataset. The dataset covers the period from November 14, 2021, to November 14, 2023, and spans the Bohai Sea area, with a latitude range from 35°N to 42°N and a longitude range from 117°E to 125°E. The dataset is named data_CB_all(1).mat and includes observational physical quantities such as sea surface temperature, air temperature, specific humidity, and relative humidity. Sensible heat flux and latent heat flux were calculated, and through the application of the Monin-Obukhov similarity theory, the data were uniformly converted to 10m neutral wind speed (U_10), resulting in the dataset data_10mWS_assemble.mat.The data processed using the COARE 3.5 algorithm for the Bohai Sea area under three different roughness schemes are as follows: the wind-speed-dependent scheme data is coare35_speed_Ta_T0_CU10N.mat, the wave-age scheme data is coare35_waveage_Ta_T0_depth19.mat, and the sea-state-dependent scheme data is coare35_waveslope_Ta_T0.mat.
