Resting state fMRI data from juvenile mice cohort described in Alvino, Gini et al. (2024). The dataset includes: vehicle-treated WT controls (n =22), SB-treated WT controls (n= 22), vehicle-treated LgDel mice (n= 21), and SB-treated LgDel mice (n=25).
Data were acquired at the Functional Neuroimaging laboratory, IIT, Rovereto (Italy).
fMRI images were acquired a 7T MRI scanner (Bruker Biospin, Milan) with Bruker Paravision software (v6) using a 72-mm birdcage transmit coil and a 4-channel solenoid coil for signal reception. Single-shot BOLD rsfMRI time series were acquired using an EPI sequence with the following parameters: TR/TE 1000/15 ms, flip angle 60°, matrix 98 × 98, FOV 2.3 × 2.3 cm, 18 coronal slices, slices thickness 550 µm for 1920 volumes. It is suggested to remove the first 50 volumes to account for thermal gradient equilibration. In the dataset, 'id_##' denotes a unique mouse identifier (which allows to identify the same mouse across timepoints); 'sb' denotes SB-treated mice, 'veh' denotes vehicle-treated mice; 'm' or 'f' denote male or female mice respectively; 'wt' denotes WT controls, 'ht' denotes LgDel mice, and 'p30' denotes juvenile age group.
