This study analyzes the factors influencing travel attraction to coastal tourist areas by applying a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. Three latent exogenous variables were identified—beach attractiveness, amenities and facilities, and cultural-religious elements—and measured using Likert-scale responses from 400 tourists and tourism actors. The endogenous variable, travel attraction, was defined using indicators such as visitor volume, parking demand, and traffic flow on access roads.
