IBU = international bitterness units (measure for hop content). Spoilage-groups: strong beer spoilage potential (SB)—growth in pilsner beer, middle potential (MB)—growth in lager beer, weak potential (WB)—growth in wheat beer, no potential (NB)—no growth in test beers.
