Data and Scripts for "Partially-functional exhausted CD8+ T cells can contribute to short-term viral suppression: a computational prediction for children with perinatal HIV"

This contains the data and graphing scripts necessary to recreate all figures in the paper "Partially-functional exhausted CD8+ T cells can contribute to short-term viral suppression: a computational prediction for children with perinatal HIV ". Two excel files are included to easily show particpant-specific parameters and the 20 sets of non-participant-specific parameters. Please refer to the README.md for instructions on how to use. The model can be found at: https://github.itap.purdue.edu/ElsjePienaarGroup/PediatricHIVExhaustionModel along with the parameter file and scripts to run on SLURM-based HPC clusters.
