„Beratung“ als Disziplin und Praxeologie zum Umgang mit subjektiven Theorien und ihren kollektiven Hintergründen in der modernen Wissensgesellschaft

Es wird eine kompakte Darstellung von „Beratung“ als Anwendungsbezogene wissenschaftliche Disziplin und Praxeologie gegeben. Ihre interdisziplinäre Orientierung und Kernkonzepte der integrativen und differentiellen Beratungskonzeption werden vorgelegt. Beratung wird als Technologie der Wissensdistribution und Komplexitätsreduktion in modernen „Wissensgesellschaften“, und als ein multimethodischer Ansatz der Hilfeleistung, Unterstützung und Entwicklungsförderung vorgestellt. A complex concept of counselling as an applied scientific discipline and praxeology is presented. Its interdiciplinary orientation and core concepts of a differential and integrative concept of counselling is delineated. Counselling is seen as a technology for the distribution of knowledge and the reduction of complexity in the modern „knowledge societies“.
