Data from: Molecular signatures of introgressive divergence and selection in contact zones of closely related pine species (<i>Pinus </i>genus)

The data is comprised of a .RDS R file containing adegenet's genind object, which includes genomic data of 1558 individuals derived from pure Polish populations of Scots pine (<i>Pinus sylvestris</i>), dwarf mountain pine (<i>Pinus mugo</i>) and hybrid populations of those two species (Bór na Czerwonem, Błędne Skały and Torfowisko pod Zieleńcem). The genomic data was generated using Axiom_PineGAP SNP array. Out of 49,829 SNPs, 7,390 markers were selected after filtering - derived mainly from functional regions of nuclear genome.
