资源简介:
Among gut bacteria exclusively increasing in CRC patients, P. asacchaorlytica and P. gingivalis were identified as bacteria to provoke oncogenic stress response in human diploid fibroblasts (HDFs). In addition, it was suggested that butyrate secreted by the two bacteria was one of main factors to provoke oncogenic stress response. To support this idea, gene expression patterns of HDFs exposed to culture supernatants were analyzed and compared with that of HDFs exposed to sodium butyrate.
