Latin America and the Caribbean: organic farmland area 2010-2022

Organic farmland in Latin America and the Caribbean amounted to more than 9.5 million hectares in 2022. Farmland certified as organic in the region has been increasing in size since 2013, when it was equal to approximately 6.71 million hectares. In 2022, the country with the largest area of organic farmland in the region was Argentina.
