TCGA_Survival_MultiOmic_Benchmark

This archive contains a preprocessed, feature-selected tutorial dataset derivedfrom open-access TCGA data. Molecular data were derived from public LinkedOmicsTCGA gene-level matrices. Clinical survival endpoints were derived from theTCGA Pan-Cancer Clinical Data Resource (TCGA-CDR) available through the NCIGenomic Data Commons.Users must not attempt to identify or contact individual research participants.Users should acknowledge the TCGA Research Network, LinkedOmics, the TCGA-CDRpublication, and the NCI Genomic Data Commons in publications, presentations,software, and derivative materials using this archive.The results here are in whole or part based upon data generated by the TCGAResearch Network: https://www.cancer.gov/tcgaThis archive is intended for reproducible method demonstration and benchmarking,not for clinical decision making.
