PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide， on one hand， a fibrous cellulose in which yellowing of a fine fibrous cellulose having phosphite group is suppressed， and， on the other hand， a composition obtained using the fine fibrous cellulose in which the transparency is increased. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a fibrous cellulose having a fiber width of 1000 nm or less and having a phosphorus oxo acid group or a substituent derived from the phosphorus oxo acid group， and in which， setting the first dissociated acid amount in the fibrous cellulose as A1 and the total dissociated acid amount in the fibrous cellulose as A2， A1 is 1.35 mmol/g or more， and the value of A1/A2 is 0.51 or more， and when a sheet is formed under a predetermined condition， the YI value of the sheet is 6.0 or less.
