Operational Regime and Weather Sensitivity Data for a Residential PV–Battery System

This dataset provides daily operational and meteorological data used to analyze regime-dependent behavior and weather sensitivity of a residential photovoltaic (PV) system coupled with battery storage. The data support unsupervised clustering of operating regimes and regression-based assessment of meteorological drivers of PV energy production. The repository includes (i) daily PV, load, grid, and battery energy metrics, and (ii) merged operational–weather data with cluster labels. Anomalous operating days were identified using Isolation Forest and excluded prior to clustering. All variables used in regression analysis were standardized to enable effect size comparison across regimes. The dataset enables reproducibility of clustering robustness analysis, regime characterization, and weather sensitivity results reported in the associated journal article.
