Zoonotic Host Status Model Results

Rdata files containing the outputs from our bootstrap evaluation of a model of zoonotic host status. These data (one using data as observed and the other a "null" model using reshuffled labels to correct evaluation statistics) are list objects containing a data.frame with evaluation statistics for 10 bootstrap runs of the model and a data.frame that contains information to create the partial dependency plots shown as Figure 4 in the main text. Use the load function on this file in R to access these objects (they will be loaded in as objects named BOOT and NULB).
