Self-assembled structures
formed from a pyridine-appended zinc
chlorophyll derivative are reported. While the zinc complex forms
cyclic oligomers in chloroform solution, as indicated by 1H NMR studies (including diffusion-ordered spectroscopy), vapor pressure
osmometry, and cold-spray ionization mass spectrometry, it forms double-stranded
helical coordination polymers in the solid state, as revealed by single-crystal
X-ray analysis.
报道了一种由吡啶基锌叶绿素衍生物自组装形成的结构。在氯仿溶液中,该锌配合物形成环状寡聚体,这一现象可通过1H NMR研究(包括扩散有序光谱学)、蒸汽压渗透压法和冷喷离子化质谱法得到证实。而在固态下,该物质则形成双链螺旋配位聚合物,这一结构通过单晶X射线分析得以揭示。
