The JamC adhesion molecule plays a potential role in glioblastoma stem cell adhesion and interaction with the vascular niche. To study this, we performed JamC knock-out (KO) in GSC1 and GSC4 cells and analyzed transcriptomic changes using 3' end RNA-seq (3'SRP). Overall design: 3' RNA sequencing of 20 samples from GSC1 and GSC4 glioblastoma stem cells: 8 wild-type (WT) and 12 JamC knock-out (KO), analyzed for differential gene expression.
