Feature table and representative DNA 16s and ITS sequences from Biological Soil Crusts of Maritime Antarctica

This feature table and representative DNA 16s and ITS sequences were obtained from 16s/ITS sequencing of biological soil crusts from Maritime Antarctica (King George Island, in proximity to Henryk Arctowski Polish Base). Primers used for 16s were 341F and 785R and primers used for ITS were ITS3F and ITS4R

本特征表以及代表性的DNA 16s和ITS序列，系由对马里亚纳南极（亨利克·阿克托夫斯基波兰基地附近的金乔治岛）的生物土壤表层进行16s/ITS测序所得。16s测序所用的引物为341F和785R，ITS测序所用的引物为ITS3F和ITS4R。
