Favorite e-commerce home delivery companies in Estonia 2021

Omniva was the most preferred delivery company for online purchases among Estonians, as per 39 percent of individuals surveyed in June 2021. Furthermore, Omniva was the leading operator of pick-up and drop-off points (PUDOs) in the country, with about 250 locations. Ranking second was SmartPost Itella, which was favorited by over one quarter respondents in Estonia.
