This dataset was established through scientific collation of multi-element survey data collected at the Baotianman National Field Scientific Observation and Research Station in Nanyang, Henan, China, using in-situ monitoring, remote sensing image processing and other methodologies. The dataset mainly includes: 1) Photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and water use efficiency of Quercus aliena var. acuteserrata leaves during the growing seasons from 2019 to 2021; 2) NDVI and vegetation coverage in the main station area of Baotianman Ecological Station from 2000 to 2024.
