Gene expression profile of cholangiocarcinoma(CCA)cells by overexpressing miR-182/183-5p

Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is a type of highly aggressive cancer arising from the biliary system. Through miRNA sequencing, we screened that miR-182/183-5p was highly expressed in bile exosomes. miRNA affects gene expression by binding to mRNA or otehr. Here we profile the transcriptome of CCA cells following miR-182/183-5p overexpressing. Overall design: We overexpressed NC, miR-182-5p and miR-183-5p in cholangiocarcinoma cell line QBC-939, respectively. Cell total mRNA expression profiling was dected by high throughput sequencing.
