Chrysin has been reported to have anticancer effect. We used 40μM chrysin to treat SGC7901 cells for 48h, then sequenced their RNA, analyzed the differentially expressed genes before and after treatment, screened out the anticancer target of chrysin, and then carried on the next analysis Overall design: RNA-seq of SGC7901 cells untreated or treated with 40μM chrysin for 48h.
