Description of the data and file structure This dataset originates from a phylogeographic study investigating the phylogeographic structure and evolutionary history of Scymnus posticalis in East Asia. It includes all data files and scripts required for the analyses and figures presented in the study. Files and variables File: Data_analysis.zip Description: Reference Genome Assembly Statistics: Sequencing data of the reference genome used for resequencing. Sequence Alignment and Variant Detection Results: Contains the resequencing results for all samples. ML Tree: Includes the phylogenetic tree results and scripts. Reference Genome Sequence: The reference genome sequence used for resequencing. PCA: Contains the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) results and scripts. Population Structure Analysis: Includes the results and scripts for population structure analysis. Genetic Polymorphism Analysis: Contains the analysis results of genetic diversity for each population. FST: Contains the pairwise FST results between populations. Mantel Test: Includes the results of Mantel tests for genetic distance vs. geographic distance, and genetic distance vs. environmental distance. Population History: Contains the mismatch distribution results and scripts. Ecological Niche Modeling: Includes all processes and results of the ecological niche modeling.
