Aberrant pre-mRNA splicing events in tumor cells generate tumor-specific splice junctions, translating potential neoantigens. RNA-seq was performed to examine whether a small molecule compound RECTAS affected splice patterns followed by neoantigen repertoire in mouse cancer cell lines. Mouse cancer cell lines were treated with RECTAS (10 μM) or 0.1% DMSO. Six hours after treatment, total RNA was extracted from mouse cancer cell lines. Extracted RNAs were applied for RNA-Seq.
