The UKE cohort is an ovarian cancer transcriptomic dataset developed by the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). It contains RNA sequencing data from 181 patients. This dataset is designed to identify potential biomarkers for bevacizumab treatment response by analyzing the gene expression profiles of patients. It also includes patients' clinical information such as tumor stage, surgical outcomes and other relevant clinical data, with all data sourced from patient samples collected at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf. Using both unsupervised and supervised machine learning approaches, researchers have identified expression signatures associated with bevacizumab treatment response from this dataset.
