This dataset is an appendix to the paper titled "Research on the impact of online labor platform s’ technology feature set on gig workers’ service performance". Due to space limitations, tables not presented in the main text are all included in this dataset, including example of open encoding results, example of selective encoding results, measurement items for the online labor platform technology feature set, factor loading, AVE, Cronbach's α, and combination reliability, descriptive statistics of variables, correlation coefficients, and square roots of AVE, and ratio values of Heterotrait-Monotrait (HTMT) for each variable. This dataset provides a more comprehensive understanding of the related research content of the paper.
