The ontogeny of human lung macrophages derived from blood monocytes is poorly understood. In this study, we employed single-cell RNA-sequencing to investigate the heterogeneity of HSPC-derived human lung monocytes and macrophages in the MISTRG humanized mouse model. We defined the single-cell gene signatures of human CD45+CD11b+HLA-DR+ myeloid cells in the lungs of MISTRG mice 21 days or 36 days after transplantation with human CD34+ HSPCs. **As Swedish legislation and GDPR prevent unrestricted distribution of raw sequencing data, raw sequence data cannot be provided, including through controlled access databases.***
