SightationPreference is a preference dataset containing 1k diagrams and 10k chosen-rejected description samples. The dataset is constructed through sighted annotators evaluating and selecting diagram descriptions generated by vision-language models, aiming to generate detailed diagram descriptions for blind and low-vision users. The dataset includes three types of comparisons: in-model contenders, cross-model contenders, and synthetic contenders.
