In this study, by comparing the changes of environmental factors, microbial diversity and functions of crab culture ponds before and after substrate improvement, this study explored the impact of sediment improvement on environmental factors and microbial diversity, and finally understood how the microbial diversity and functions of crab culture environment indirectly changed under the disturbance of sediment improvement.
